| dates= Start and end date of publication; if still ongoing type -present. Eg: June 1983-present
| creators= Initial writer (w) and artist (a) on the comic - only name pencillers, not inkers. eg. Jamie Delano (a), John Ridgway (a)
| collected= If this is a miniseries, use this as a link to trade paperback in which the miniseries was collected. Do not include series name (eg. [[City of Demons]], not [[Hellblazer: City of Demons]]). If an ongoing series, link to a page that lists the available TPBs.
| spinoffs= List of spin-offs, including one-shots, graphic novels and miniseries. If there are many, create a new article to house them
